  • MLA South East will be closing at the end of December 2008 to make way for a new National MLA. In order to preserve information from this website, that many stakeholders have and hopefully will continue to find useful, MLA South East has produced three new publications: Resources for museums, libraries and archives; The value of museums, libraries and archives to community agendas and Key Facts. The publications are available to download and in hardcopy.

  • Safety Audit: Children and Vulnerable Groups

  • The day, run by the Voluntary Arts Network (VAN), aims to ensure that the children and vulnerable groups, staff and volunteers engaged in the arts through an organisation are as safe as they can be. The message is how to manage the demands of legislation to meet the particular needs of an organisation.
